    Starters

  • Carrot and coriander soup with crusty bread (vv)
  • Thai beef patties with a chilli dipping sauce
  • Garlic mushrooms in a crisp basket (v)
  • Red pepper mousse served with toast (v)
  • Smoked salmon cheesecake with beetroot and red onion salad
  • Melon with lemon sorbet and ginger syrup (vv)
  • Melon with Parma ham and Moroccan spiced cherry tomatoes
  • Hummus, falafel, and tabbouleh served with flat breads (v)

    Main Courses

  • Slow roast belly pork with apple mash, cider sauce and vegetables
  • Braised beef steak in red wine with creamed mash, caramelised onion and mushrooms, with vegetables
  • Roast breast of chicken, tarragon and bacon cream cheese stuffing with creamed mash and vegetables
  • Sirloin steak and thick cut chips with peppercorn sauce and vegetables
  • Grilled fillet of salmon with pea puree and a tomato and red pepper sauce with vegetables and new potatoes
  • Fillet of haddock on a spring onion potato cake with coconut curry cream sauce and vegetables
  • Baked red pepper stuffed with parsnip and gruyere with a tomato sauce, new potatoes and vegetables (v)
  • Chicken tagine with Moroccan rice and couscous
  • Slow cooked lamb tagine with garlic and cumin with Moroccan rice and couscous
  • Aubergine tagine with Moroccan rice and couscous (vv)
