- Slow roast belly pork with apple mash, cider sauce and vegetables
- Braised beef steak in red wine with creamed mash, caramelised onion and mushrooms, with vegetables
- Roast breast of chicken on creamed leek and potatoes with smoked bacon and vegetables
- Sirloin steak and thick cut chips with peppercorn sauce and vegetables
- Fillet of salmon on spring onion mash with a Mediterranean vegetable ragout
- Seafood crepe served with a salad bowl and potatoes
- Quorn stuffed portabello mushroom on red onion mash with a roasted tomato sauce and vegetables (vv)
- Chicken tagine with Moroccan rice and couscous
- Slow cooked lamb tagine with garlic and cumin with Moroccan rice and couscous
- Roast pepper and butternut squash tagine with Moroccan rice and couscous (vv)
