Main Courses
- Slow roast belly pork with apple mash, cider sauce and vegetables
- Braised beef steak in red wine with creamed mash, caramelised onion and mushrooms, with vegetables
- Roast breast of chicken on creamed leek and potatoes with smoked bacon and vegetables
- Sirloin steak and thick cut chips with peppercorn sauce and vegetables
- Poached fillet of haddock with a prawn potato cake, Thai coconut cream sauce and vegetables
- Seafood crepe served with a salad bowl and potatoes
- Crepe of Mediterranean vegetables with garlic sauce, salad bowl and potatoes (v)
- Chicken tagine with Moroccan rice and couscous
- Slow cooked lamb tagine with garlic and cumin with Moroccan rice and couscous
- Parsnip, chickpea and cauliflower tagine with Moroccan rice and couscous (vv)
