  • Homemade tomato and red pepper soup with basil croutons and crusty bread (v)
  • Garlic mushrooms on toasted ciabatta (v)
  • Warm cheddar mousse with celery, chutney and toast (v)
  • Smoked salmon pate with toast and cucumber and dill salsa
  • Melon with tangerine sorbet and port syrup(vv)
  • Melon with parma ham and roasted cherry tomatoes
  • Winter salad with apple, celery and walnuts and gorgonzola dressing (v)
  • Moroccan spiced beef patties with paprika fried onion and rice


  • Braised beef steak in red wine with creamed mash, caremelised onion and mushrooms
  • Slow roast belly pork with apple mash and cider sauce
  • Breast of chicken on creamed leeks with smoked bacon, mash and a white wine cream sauce
  • Sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce and thick-cut chips (£2 supplement)
  • Fillet of salmon with a smoked paprika and black olive tomato sauce and new potatoes
  • Winter vegetable and lentil tart with a red pepper sauce and new potatoes (v)

All above main courses are served with vegetables.

  • Butternut squash and butterbean tagine with rice and couscous (vv)

  • Slow cooked lamb tagine with rice and couscous
